As a product designer, I was brought on during an early growth stage to shape the experience of its core product listing dashboard. The goal was to create an intuitive, scalable interface that helped first-time users and power sellers manage multiple SKUs across platforms efficiently, boosting speed, accuracy, and ease of use.
